A company is looking for a Customer Billing Advocate.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and serve as the point of contact for customers
Prepare and lead customer meetings to review open accounts receivable and mitigation plans
Monitor customer account health and coordinate actions to resolve outstanding issues
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in billing with major commercial insurance and state Medicaid programs
2-7 years of account management experience
Experience using insurance company websites and proficient in Microsoft Suite
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
