QA Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a QA Engineering Manager to lead their QA team in ensuring the quality, stability, and security of Bitcoin and blockchain-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration

Define and oversee the implementation of test strategies, ensuring coverage for functional, performance, security, and regression testing

Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for blockchain-based applications and APIs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role

Strong background in automation testing frameworks and methodologies

Deep understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology

Experience with API testing tools and scripting languages

Knowledge of security testing methodologies, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
