Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly skilled Licensed Floortime Provider (QHP) to join our team. This role involves delivering developmental intervention services using the DIR/Floortime® model to support children with developmental and behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to Floortime Players to give direct Floortime sessions to children and families, following the DIR® framework.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans.
Conduct assessments, track progress, and document sessions in compliance with state and agency requirements.
Maintain strong communication with parents and supervisors to ensure continuity of care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
Must be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist, SLP, OT, PT, or equivalent license).
Must hold an Advanced Floortime® Certification (ICDL DIR/Floortime Advanced Level).
Experience providing services to children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, or related challenges.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
