The Fiserv Corporate Analyst Program is a two-year early career development experience designed to accelerate growth in the fintech industry. Through two structured assignments within a designated business track analysts gain hands-on experience build professional skills and collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges. What does a successful Risk Analyst do

A successful Risk Analyst at Fiserv supports risk management activities including risk assessment mitigation and monitoring. This role provides practical experience in identifying and managing business risks.

What you will do :

Conduct risk assessments and analyses.

Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

Participate in risk monitoring and reporting.

Document and communicate risk findings.

Collaborate with risk management team members on various projects.

What you will need to have :

Recent graduate of a bachelors degree completed in December 2024 or after in Business Administration Risk Management Finance Economics Statistics Business Analytics or Management

3.0 GPA

0-2 years of professional work experience

What would be great to have :

Previous internship experience.

Majors such as Business Administration Risk Management or related fields.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Important info about this role :

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
