A team of over 500+ professionals in Belgium is working across borders for our clients in the financial sector: Banking, Insurance and Asset Management, in the following service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Tax & Legal and EY Parthenon.

Our goal is to help financial institutions ride the digital transformation wave, by co-creating innovative ideas, developing prototypes and minimum viable products, and delivering appropriate digital assets.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in their decision-making processes by gathering relevant information and providing support to ensure alignment with their business goals;
• Contribute to the setup or improvement of operating models, policies, and processes across finance, supply chain, CRM, and IT governance;
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical experts to design innovative solutions that meet business requirements;
• Assist and collaborate with the engagement team to design solutions for our clients;
  
• Support organizational change initiatives by advising on strategies and assisting in implementation;
  
• Design cost accounting methods and management reporting systems, including target costing, activity-based costing, and related budgeting techniques;
  
• Translate business requirements and process designs into functional specifications;
  
• Act as a first-line contact for top-class financial services clients, maintaining excellent relationships and contributing to business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities..

Your Profile
You have/are:

• Master degree in a relevant field ( Economics, Business Management, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration...);
• An excellent knowledge of business English, and a solid level of French and/or Dutch;
• Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy;
• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach;
• Solid communication and presentation skills;
• A keen interest to learn more about the Financial Services market in Belgium and beyond;
• Available to start in September 2026.
