Public Sector Capture Lead

A company is looking for a Public Sector Contract Vehicle Capture & Proposal Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of Public Sector contract vehicle acquisition and utilization

Develop capture strategies, competitive analyses, and oversee proposal management and submission

Build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful contract transitions

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development and proposal management within the IT Public Sector

Demonstrated success in managing SLED-focused contract vehicles and leveraging Federal GWACs / GSA Schedules

Strong understanding of co-operative purchasing and state / local procurement regulations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or Public Policy field

Exceptional skills in proposal writing, project management, and analytical abilities
