What You'll Do

As part of our dynamic production and engineering team, you'll :

• Lead equipment procurement, setup, and optimization to keep production running efficiently.
• Design and update technical drawings using CAD and SolidWorks to bring ideas to life.
• Coordinate maintenance and preventive programs to keep operations at peak performance.
• Drive process improvement initiatives that boost productivity, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and operations to solve challenges and streamline production.
• Support manufacturing teams with real-time problem-solving and technical expertise.
