Location : Brookfield, WI
Pay : $18–$22 / hour
Are you mechanically inclined, love hands-on work, and ready to start a career that grows with you? No previous cabling experience? No problem! We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Install low-voltage cabling for voice, data, security, paging, nurse-call systems, fiber optics, and more
- Cross-connect cables and perform fiber splicing / termination according to color codes
- Test for polarity, connectivity, and make repairs as needed
- Install racks and patch panels, and help set up computer rooms
- Accurately process paperwork and maintain records
- Maintain compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards

Mechanical aptitude or experience in roles like retail / customer service, cooking, or as a mechanicAbility to safely work at heights (ladders, cherry pickers)Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insuranceStrong work ethic and willingness to learnTools You’ll Use :
Wire cutters, long-nosed pliers, 5-in-1 screwdriver, utility knife, level, flashlight, tape measure, drill bits, cordless drills, hammer, socket set, and more
Schedule :
Typical shifts are 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00–4 : 00 PM, with occasional later hours depending on job site needs
