Field Service Technician

In this hands-on field position, you willlearn from the best the art of cable installation in new construction, existing infrastructures, factories, and medical facilities where you will install, troubleshoot, and work as a team to get the job done.

Position – Field Service Technician

Job Location – Brookfield, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6 : 00am – 4 : 00pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $18-$28 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma / GED

Required Experience – Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Install low-voltage cabling such as voice, data, security, paging, nurse-call systems, fiber optic, etc.
• Cross connect cable and perform fiber splicing and termination of cable according to color codes
• Test for polarity, connectivity, and repair
• Install racks and patch panels
• Set up computer rooms and process paperwork accurately and timely
