Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift : Fort Atkinson, W isconsin

Our customer in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is a growing company that prioritizes excellent service and high-quality production. As a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator , you will be responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move materials efficiently within the facility. This role is essential in supporting production, inventory management, and shipping operations in a safe and organized environment.

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator :

• Operate powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Follow instructions for equipment operation, record-keeping, and safety compliance.
• Execute assignments accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Retrieve and transport materials per the production schedule or shipping orders.
• Provide raw or WIP stock to production machines as needed.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles and move them to appropriate storage locations.
• Stack goods in correct storage bays while following inventory control procedures.
• Secure loads to ensure safe transport.
• Perform daily forklift inspections per OSHA guidelines .
• Remove machine attachments and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Examine products to verify quality standards.
• Dump materials into machine hoppers when required.

Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Forklift Operator : Starting at $19.25 / hour.

Forklift Operator Benefits :

Type : 2nd Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday – Friday from 2 : 00pm– 10 : 00pm. Overtime on Saturdays as needed.
