• Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's overall gross motor skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to enhance children's independence and participation in daily activities.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support children's development across various settings.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of California (or eligibility for licensure)
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) — strong supervision and mentorship provided
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in outpatient or clinic settings
• Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and a passion for working with children
