Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Full-Time
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Hours : No nights, weekends, or on-call
Experience : Prior experience strongly preferred; new graduates may be considered

Position Overview
A busy, outpatient Family Medicine practice is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its clinical team. This is a full-time, office-based position best suited for a Family NP or PA. The role involves providing independent patient care under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
Manage patient panels independently, in accordance with training and experience
Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinical support team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record
Participate in onboarding and credentialing processes as part of initial training
Requirements
Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the applicable state
Valid DEA certificate and controlled substances registration (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical judgment, compassion, maturity, and communication skills
Experience in primary care preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations may be considered
Additional language skills a plus (e.g., Portuguese)
Practice Environment & Support
The practice operates within a multidisciplinary environment with access to onsite or readily available services such as laboratory testing, imaging, cardiology and pulmonary testing, specialty consults, and therapy services. The electronic health record includes voice recognition or AI-based documentation tools.
