Job Summary

Were seeking a motivated and dependable Prep Cook / Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. In this role, youll assist with food prep, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing sauces and dressings.
• Ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes or chef's instructions.
• Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
• Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Participate in team meetings
• Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
