As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence throughout the community. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access. Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards and report findings according to site guidelines. Assist residents and guests with inquiries and provide directions or support as needed. Collaborate with property management and / or local authorities when incidents arise, maintaining clear and professional communication. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as part of daily duties. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
