Location : Oklahoma City, OK
Schedule : PRN – Day and Night Shifts (7a–7p / 7p–7a)
About the Role
Our Long-Term Acute Care hospital is seeking experienced PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality patient care in Med-Surg and ICU units. This role is ideal for skilled LPNs with recent LTAC experience who want flexible scheduling while working with medically complex patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, treatments, and medication administration.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to care.
- Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and procedures as directed.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support patient recovery.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow ACLS protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
