Neonatologist Opportunity - Level III NICU Location : Billings, Montana Full-Time, permanent position Position OverviewSeeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join a dedicated and collaborative neonatal care team in Montana. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-acuity medicine in a supportive environment while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in one of the nation's most livable small cities.Position Highlights 22-bed Level III NICU (flex up to 26 beds) Collaborative team of 4 Neonatologists and 5 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners Full range of pediatric subspecialty support including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, OBGYN, and PICU Partnership with a regional children's specialty network for Neuro-NICU and cardiac surgical care Typical schedule : in-house 8 a.m.-6 p.m. with low-utilization unrestricted call after hours NNPs on site 24 / 7 providing continuous coverage Approximately 125 shifts per yearCompensation & Benefits Annual salary : $350,000 Signing bonus : $25,000 Relocation assistance up to $20,000 Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment eligibility Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans Paid malpractice coverage with tail CME allowance and paid time off License and certification reimbursementCandidate Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Eligible for Montana medical licensure BLS certification Completion of ACGME-accredited residencyCommunity DescriptionBillings is Montana's largest city, offering big-city medical resources with a welcoming small-town feel.
