We are currently seeking a Service Manager for our Springfield, MA location who embodies our commitment to quality service and team development.

Job Description

As a Service Manager, you will lead front-of-house operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team performance. Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Guest Engagement : Utilizing exceptional communication skills to ensure 100% table visitation and resolving guest concerns immediately.
  • Operational Excellence : Managing daily FOH operations to maintain a guest-centric environment that balances high standards with a positive workplace culture.
  • Team Leadership : collaborating with the Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless FOH / BOH coordination and mentoring staff for future internal promotion opportunities.
  • Strategic Growth : Working directly under the Managing Partner to refine management skills and drive business results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and lead diverse teams.
  • Unwavering commitment to integrity and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong operational knowledge of restaurant systems and service standards.
