Seabrook Village is searching for an  Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)  to help lead our  Assisted Living neighborhood —a role ideal for a clinical leader who is passionate about person-centered care and developing strong, cohesive teams.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Director of Nursing and the ADON overseeing Skilled Nursing to shape high-quality resident care, mentor clinical staff, and support compliance and safety initiatives. More than that, you’ll help nurture a supportive, dignified home environment where residents truly thrive.

How you will make an impact

Compensation : Salary range from $110k-$125k with potential for annual bonus. Salary based on experience
