Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the full school year in a PreK-8th grade K-12 school setting in Baton Rouge, LA. This contract position involves working with 35-40 students within a charter organization committed to supporting student communication and language development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess students needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in grades PreK through 8th.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student progress and carryover strategies.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with program requirements.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed.

Qualifications :

Location : Baton Rouge, Louisiana

This full-time role consists of a 32-hour workweek throughout the full school year. The contract may be subject to renewal based on performance and mutual fit.
