Position Overview

United Bags, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO Focus) to strengthen our online presence, support sales growth, and enhance customer engagement through data-driven digital marketing initiatives.

This role will be responsible for organic search performance, website optimization, and digital content execution, while also supporting broader marketing efforts including sales enablement, brand consistency, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in B2B digital marketing for technical or industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Digital Marketing

• Own and execute SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO best practices, and performance tracking.
• Manage and optimize website content, product pages, and landing pages to improve organic visibility and lead quality.
• Monitor website performance, search rankings, traffic trends, and engagement metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve site structure, content clarity, and conversion paths.

Content Development

• Write and edit SEO-optimized content including product descriptions, blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and web copy.
• Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
• Assist in developing visual assets (graphics, photography, video) that support digital and search initiatives.

Sales Enablement & Lead Support

• Create and maintain digital marketing collateral to support sales efforts across key industries and customer segments.
• Support lead qualification efforts and track performance of organic traffic and inbound leads.
• Analyze and report on ROI of digital marketing efforts and organic search initiatives.

Brand & Customer Engagement

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and online materials.
• Support customer communications including newsletters, announcements, and educational content.
• Conduct competitive and market research to identify SEO opportunities and industry trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
• Partner with internal teams to support sustainability initiatives, community engagement, and company culture messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong emphasis on SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, CMS systems).
• Strong writing and editing skills for web and digital content.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or technical industries.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience with marketing automation or email marketing platforms.
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts (site structure, page speed, indexing).
• Experience working closely with sales teams and measuring inbound lead performance.
