As an Account Executive - Conversation Intelligence you will be responsible for building and expanding Contentsquares revenue, and ensuring long-term success in the region. This role will interface across all Company teams and functions including Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Pre-sales Engineers, Finance and Legal; and requires a high-energy, over achiever who will be able to dene our local strategy and evangelize the North American market.

What you'll do :

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and drive new business sales in North America
  • Manage a book of business including renewal, cross-sell and up-sell
  • Promote the Contentsquare value proposition to existing customers within a highly competitive market
  • Manage complex sales cycles for new business, renewals and expansions
  • Establish, navigate, and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
  • Excel within a fast-paced, dynamic organization

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7+ years as a sales hunter (new logo / new revenue acquisition) with relevant SaaS experience
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to drive US growth
  • Experience selling software solutions into Customer Support
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing SaaS contracts
  • The ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite at leading enterprise companies
  • The ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • Interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  • Base Compensation Range : $90,000 - $100,000 plus expected commission of $90,000 - $100,000. Total On Track Earning of $180,000 - $200,000.

    For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
