WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Oneida, New York.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Emergency Room Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Oneida, NY.

Job Function :

  • Night Shift.
  • 3x12 : 7pm - 7 : 30am.
  • Responsible for managing the care of adult and / or pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high intensity therapies, and interventions.
  • Provide support, education and comfort to patients and their families during their emergency room experience.
  • Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing.
  • Provide IV insertion, intubation, medicine administration, blood drawing, and many other medical procedures.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Current RN license for the state of New York.
  • 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience is required.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
