The following are the minimum requirements for the Electrical Sales Representative position.

Minimum of 3 years of strong sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Minimum of 2 years experience in the electrical trade

Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Electrical Sales Technicians earn $50,000 to $120,000 yearly

Our Electrical Sales Technicians are paid a base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work sold, and overall job profitability

Responsibilities

As an electrical sales technician, you are a key member of our team

Our customers look to your expertise to help solve their issues and build confidence that their home will be safe

You will help customers with various electrical needs, from installations to repairs

This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring

You will provide and present accurate quotes to customers

You are the face of Mr. Electric and will be interacting with the homeowner to deliver the customer service that we pride ourselves in

You ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving their homes safer than when you first walked in

You'll identify and present opportunities and solutions to the customer to ensure the safety of their family and property

You’ll know the job was done right by paying attention to detail, inspecting and accurately quoting solutions for electrical concerns and delivering high-quality workmanship
