Enhances the guest experience by warmly welcoming individuals at registration desks, ensuring accurate verification of their address and phone number, and thoughtfully updating emergency contact information, including guarantor details and various addresses (e.g., seasonal, parents). Additionally, prioritizes the collection of Meaningful Use information to support comprehensive patient care.

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm
Required Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: 1+ years' experience within medical/insurance environment preferred; Medical terminology and/or knowledge in the medical field; 2-3 years of customer service
