Job Order Contracting (JOC) Project Manager
Manage Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet objectives.
Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
Identify and resolve project challenges promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project updates.
Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects required.
5+ years of experience managing construction projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with overlapping deadlines.
Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to a high-energy, client-focused environment.
Competitive base salary ($100k - 130k) depending on experience.
