A company is looking for a Technical Account Consultant (Mergers & Acquisitions).
Key Responsibilities
Project manage customer engagements to optimize their use of the company's services
Drive customer adoption of key features and consult on best practices
Provide personalized support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support
Preferred : 2+ years of IT-related experience with managing / enabling MDM or Identity Management Solutions
Familiarity with IT products such as Google and Azure
Strong project and time management skills
Interest in collaborating with product and engineering teams
