A company is looking for a Sr. Underwriter - Non-QM & Jumbo.
Key Responsibilities
Render approval or denial of mortgage loan applications in accordance with regulations and guidelines
Analyze and evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers through financial documentation
Review and recommend approvals or denials for Jumbo and Non-QM loans, and issue loan conditions as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Sr. Underwriter
1+ year of experience with Non-QM and / or Jumbo loans
Knowledge of current mortgage lending regulations and investor guidelines
Ability to use necessary systems and software for underwriting
Encompass experience preferred
