Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team for a hybrid role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $60,500 to $85,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems.
  • Track key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in financial analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of FP&A experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Pivots, lookups) and ERP System (NetSuite, Oracle).

    • Experience :

  • Experience in a corporate finance environment of high annual revenue or within a specific industry (CPG or e-commerce) preferred.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
