As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with the public and support store staff, providing exceptional customer service and communication while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability. This armed post offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a caring culture that puts people first in a dynamic retail environment.

Pay Rate : $26.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Thur 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 45 PM

Fri 12 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 45 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible security-related presence.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help deter unauthorized access and suspicious behavior.
  • Report and document any incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
  • Assist with crowd management and / or access control during busy periods or special events at the retail location.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers, employees, and / or visitors as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Hold a Level III Armed Certification if located in Texas.
  • CPR Certification is preferred.
  • Handcuffing Certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
