[job_card.job_description]Deliver first aid care and refer employees to external medical providers as needed Support workers' compensation and return-to-work programs Maintain accurate records of care and submit end-of-shift reports Provide coaching on at-risk work behaviors and ergonomic practices Attend safety committee and case management meetings Conduct random saliva drug testing Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean treatment area Participate in CPR, First Aid, and AED certification training sessions Respond to on-site emergencies and provide critical care Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as required High School Diploma / GED Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved ECC provider One of the following : Valid EMT or Paramedic Certification (State or NREMT) Minimum 6 months of recent U.S. military medical experience (e.g., Combat Medic, Corpsman) Active Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC or state equivalent) Willingness to obtain adult First Aid / CPR / AED certification from AHA or ARC within 3 weeks of start date Certified instructor in First Aid / CPR / AED (AHA or ARC) Experience in industrial wellness or occupational health settings Familiarity with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation procedures Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders and coaching on body mechanics Skilled in digital recordkeeping systems Proficient in Microsoft Office

As a vital resource for the site's employees, the Emergency Medicine Technician (EMT) will be responsible for providing first aid, health guidance, and safety education.
