Key Responsibilities
Craft immersive experiences by understanding user needs through research and testing
Create detailed design documentation and prototypes based on customer requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate design thinking into project frameworks and iterate on design solutions
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset
Ability to map and model enterprise services using service blueprints and journey frameworks
Experience in designing and conducting user research
Proficiency in creating low to high fidelity prototypes
Bachelor's Degree, MFA, dMBA, or equivalent portfolio
