Lead Bartender – Winfield Street Coffee (Rye)

2 Station Plaza, Rye, NY

$18–$22 / hr + tips

Evening & Weekend Availability Required | Full-Time or Part-Time

Winfield Street Coffee in Rye is more than just coffee—we’ve launched a bar, and we’re looking for an experienced and energetic  Lead Bartender  to take the reins. If you love crafting cocktails, creating a great vibe, and being part of something new, this is your moment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead all bar operations during your shift
  • Mix and serve classic & signature cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Set the tone with great hospitality and guest engagement
  • Manage inventory, prep, cleanliness, and restocking
  • Train and support other bartenders and cross-train baristas
  • Collaborate with leadership on menu ideas and seasonal specials

You’re a Great Fit If You :

  • Have 1–2 years of bartending experience (lead or supervisor role a plus)
  • Are fast, friendly, and detail-oriented
  • Know how to keep a bar clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Enjoy curating a guest experience, not just serving drinks
  • Can work nights and weekends reliably
