[job_card.job_description]2 years of experience required in service line 3 years of experience preferred First time travelers accepted Must live 150 miles from facility May be asked to float to other campus or another floor - flexibility required Self-scheduling type 5 weekend days required during a 6 week schedule Float required to Mother Baby or North Campus Required certifications : BLS, NRP, STABLE Care for neonates and patients > NICU II level care Skills include administration of blood products, antibiotics / antivirals, APGAR scoring, assist with lumbar punctures, attend high risk deliveries Proficiency required in bubble CPAP, developmental care, high flow nasal cannula, high frequency ventilation Experience with neonatal abstinence syndrome, respiratory distress syndrome, and thermoregulation Must be competent in starting and maintaining IVs, phlebotomy, and patient / family teaching Work with specialized equipment including UAC and UVC catheters Altera charting experience preferred but not required Travel experience preferred Must complete mandatory drug screening upon arrival including marijuana testing Complete 6-8 hours of non-billable modules during orientation Referral bonus
