What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and own the enterprise-wide content experience strategy, aligned with product and engineering objectives

Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse global team of technical writers and content strategists

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets customer needs and aligns with product roadmaps

Oversee the design and optimization of content systems and ensure timely delivery of high-quality documentation

Champion documentation as a core product experience and advocate for documentation-driven development practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

12+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation leadership, or content strategy

7+ years of experience managing large, distributed teams of writers and content strategists

Proven success in leading documentation organizations in technical or developer-facing environments

Strong background in cybersecurity or technology domains, with experience in SaaS products and cloud platforms

Expertise in modern documentation tooling, information architecture, and content lifecycle management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or developer platforms

Familiarity with Docs-as-Code methodologies, Git workflows, and API documentation frameworks

Knowledge of localization, terminology management, and global content strategy

Understanding of UX writing and in-product guidance systems

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, English, or a related field
