SMA is a multi-specialty group comprising over 300 providers, offering a range of services across 21 medical health centers, including six urgent care clinics, four convenient care centers, two lifestyle centers for older adults, and an outpatient surgery center. We also provide E-visits and online options through our Now Clinic telemedicine technology. Based in the greater Las Vegas, NV area, SMA is dedicated to delivering compassionate, innovative, and high-quality care throughout southern Nevada.

We are excited to offer an excellent practice opportunity for a Board-Certified Cardiologist to join our clinic. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, non-invasive cardiology care in an outpatient setting focused on preventative health and the management of stable chronic conditions.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Deliver cardiovascular medical management in an outpatient clinic for adults, including general and preventative care.
• Conduct physical examinations, treat and manage cardiovascular disease, order diagnostic testing and labs, and prescribe medication.
• Provide thorough cardiology health assessments to effectively treat and manage patient care.
• Implement comprehensive plans that include interventions and treatments to achieve expected outcomes.
• Identify expected outcomes derived from assessment data and diagnoses, customizing them according to specific patient populations and in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Nevada Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $432,209 to $676,518 annually. This range defines total cash compensation and can vary based on experience and metric achievement. Pay considerations include local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Along with salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions (contingent on eligibility requirements).
