About the role : We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Estate Planning Attorney with at least 3 years of estate planning experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping individuals and families plan for the future, enjoys working in a collaborative team environment, and is eager to grow with a firm that values both professional excellence and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the estate planning practice, including workflow improvements and client service delivery
• Partner with marketing to grow the practice, develop leads, and build referral relationships
• Conduct client consultations and recommend tailored estate planning solutions
• Oversee the full client lifecycle from intake to signing
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• (Optional) Help develop the probate and estate administration practice
