Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Analyst

A company is looking for a Behavior Analyst- BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

Perform client assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors

Develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) in collaboration with clients, families, and service providers

Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed professionals

Required Qualifications and Education

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA)

PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, or behavior specialist

Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances

Leadership / supervision experience preferred but not required

Licensed professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing ABA services
