Your role is focused on understanding each client's situation, walking them through available options, and ensuring they feel confident in the protection they choose.

This position is about building trust and delivering excellent service every step of the way. Key responsibilities include :

• Meeting with clients virtually to explain available benefits
• Tailoring presentations to match each family's unique needs
• Building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
• Acting as the main point of contact to answer questions and provide ongoing support
