Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CVICU position requiring a VA or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Position is in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) within a critical care services department

Day shift schedule from 7 : 00AM to 7 : 00PM

13-week travel contract assignment

Work involves care of critically ill cardiovascular patients

Responsible for providing specialized nursing care to cardiovascular patients in an intensive care setting

May be required to submit additional documentation including references, skills checklist, nursing license verification, and copies of certifications

Compliance with facility policies and procedures is expected

Requirements

Active VA or compact RN license required

Minimum of one year recent CVICU or relevant critical care nursing experience

Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications required, with certifications valid for at least 30 days past start date

No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
