We want your knowledge andexpertise!Here is some of what you can expect from being aPre-Admissions TestingRegistered Nurse with us : You willserve as primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care prior to admission and procedure / surgery. You willbe responsible forobtaining patient history and current medications, ensuring nursing assessment is completed and standard of care initiated. You will obtain and / or coordinate pre-admission diagnostic testing (EKGs, Labs, CXR, etc.), and analyze pertinent data, communicate findings, and documents information accurately.You willinitiateand document pre-procedure / operative instruction and discharge teaching, involving patient and family / significant other. You may work telephonically or in-person with the patient.What qualifications you will need : Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
