The Revenue organization drives Affirms top‑line growth through merchant relationships, strategic partnerships, and go‑to‑market excellence. Our Account Executives, Client Success Managers, and Partner Managers acquire, retain, and expand relationships across eCommerce, in‑store, telesales, and the Affirms app, connecting merchants and consumers through Affirms honest financial products that improve lives.

The Revenue Operations & Analytics (ROA) organization enables the success of these field teams. ROA delivers the insights, processes, and tools that empower Affirms go‑to‑market teams to deliver value‑added solutions, drive adoption, and fuel sustainable growth.

The Content Enablement Manager is an individual contributor role within the GTM Enablement team, part of ROA. The GTM Enablement team builds the foundation for Affirms revenue growth, designing the narratives, materials, and processes that allow our field teams to scale effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead narrative development : Take full ownership of the copy, structure, and creative direction for Affirms core pitch materials that articulate our value across pricing, competitive positioning, and strategic differentiation.
  • Deliver actionable competitive insights : Aggregate and synthesize competitive intelligence to inform positioning and sales strategies, and enable field teams with clear, data‑driven insights, battlecards, and slides.
  • Elevate sales content with data : Source and integrate industry research, product metrics, market data, and internal data to enhance the credibility and impact of all enablement materials.
  • Orchestrate strategic proposals : Manage our RFP software and oversee the coordination of key merchant proposals and RFP responses, producing scalable messaging that aligns with merchant priorities and growth goals.
  • Partner cross‑functionally : Collaborate with Revenue, Product Marketing, and Analytics to ensure consistent, insight‑driven storytelling and enablement across the organization.
  • Stay ahead of trends : Monitor industry, macroeconomic, and regulatory developments, weaving timely insights into Affirms go‑to‑market messaging.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing, enablement, or client‑facing experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or a high‑growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and executive‑level materials that drive engagement and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for clarity, structure, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives that blend data, creativity, and commercial strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to support and refine persuasive messaging.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

    Base Pay Grade - L

    Equity Grade

    Equity Grade - 6

    Employees new to Affirms typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirms focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job‑related skills.

    Compensation

    Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).

    Salary Range

  • USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year : $160,000 – $210,000
  • USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year : $142,000 – $192,000
  • Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

    Affirm is proud to be a remote‑first company! The majority of our roles are remote and you can work almost anywhere within the country of employment. Affirms in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirms office. A limited number of roles remain office‑based due to the nature of their job responsibilities.
