Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in programmatic media, with a focus on leading programmatic strategy

Deep understanding of deal structures like PG, PMP, and Open Market dynamics

Experience in building scalable operational models across global markets

Expertise in programmatic ad serving and bidstream mechanics

Proficiency with DSPs, SSPs, and reporting tools
