JIB Analyst

Hybrid JIB Analyst Oil & Gas | Fort Worth, TX

LHH is excited to partner with a leading Oil & Gas client in Fort Worth, TX to add a Hybrid JIB Analyst to their growing accounting team. This position will play a key role in supporting joint interest billing activities, division order maintenance, and overall accounting operations for the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare journal entries and perform recurring account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with monthly JIB billing and processing for non-operated assets
• Enter new and updated division of interest changes within the accounting system
• Track project costs against AFEs, ensuring alignment with approved spending
• Code, review, and route non-operated JIB invoices for timely approval
• Evaluate JIB accounts receivable and assist with collections and variance analysis
• Record recurring overhead and management fee allocations
• Produce various reporting schedules to support internal stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with the accounting team on general responsibilities and special projects as needed
