Key Responsibilities
Communicates with candidates to assist with the application process and build rapport
Uses sales techniques to encourage candidates to enroll in the program
Maintains customer service standards and manages tasks related to candidate enrollment progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role
2 or more years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented position
Knowledge of certification requirements for multiple states
Ability to establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
