$25.00 / hour - 12pm-8pm shift

As part of the recent merger of Best Point and Butler Behavioral Health, we are excited to announce a new opportunity for a MRSS Skill Builder in Hamiliton County.

Together Butler Behavioral Health and Best Point will continue to value the unique characteristics, individual strengths and a holistic understanding of every client and their resources, to develop personalized treatment plans with focused objectives that result in “small steps” towards changing their lives.

Job Summary :

Our MRSS (Mobile Response and Stabilization Services) Skill Builder will provide support to children and parents that have behavioral health challenges and / or mental health diagnosis within the community, who need support in navigating various systems, as well as implementation of their care plan based on initial evaluation.

Responsibilities :

• Working directly with children, adolescents and families who are in distress and experiencing crisis, using de-escalation and distress tolerance strategies
• Ability to provide skill building, make appropriate community resource referrals, and collaborate with other professionals
• Collect data and complete clinical documentation within the required time frames
