About the Job :

You'll scan and digitize physical documents that feed into our AI systems. This is foundational work : when you scan accurately, accountants can help their clients faster. During tax season (3–4 weeks), hours increase from 20 to 30 per week

What You'll Do :

• Scan physical documents using commercial scanners
• Name and organize files according to established protocols
• Check scans for quality and completeness before upload
• Flag missing or damaged documents
• Light data entry and file movement as needed

You'll Excel With :

Constant attention to detail

General comfortability with technology (scanners, laptops, variety of office software)

Consistency : other folks are relying on you to get their work don

Able to follow processes exactly as written

The Details :

Onsite

F ixed-term contract

~20 / week standard, ~30 / week during peak periods

Who This Is For :
