We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical and data skills to tackle complex high-visibility challenges and translate large data sets into strategic insights. This role will leverage analytics to drive development optimize performance and support key organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Data Governance Interpretation and Modeling

  • Apply advanced analytics and financial modeling techniques (e.g. regression clustering anomaly detection) to inform business decisions related to budget tracking and modeling and incentives around influencer / creator engagement.
  • Extract clean and synthesize data primarily using SQL to enable accurate analysis.
  • Develop and visualize insights through reports dashboards and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data governance and privacy compliance across all datasets and analyses.
  • Mentor and guide teams on data preparation visualization modeling and best practices.

Program Management

  • Oversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.
  • Coordinates dependencies timelines and resources across projects.
  • Develops and maintains program roadmaps tracking progress against key milestones deliverables and KPIs.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues that impact scope budget or schedule.
  • Communicates program status and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

    • Business Understanding & Insights Operationalization

  • Develop deep understanding of business problems and key metrics.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify core questions and design optimal solutions.
  • Operationalize insights by integrating analytics into business processes and driving KPI-focused improvements.
  • Lead analytics refresh exercises and model / rule tuning processes.

  • Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

    • Requirements :

  • BA / BS or higher
  • Technical Skills :

    • Strong proficiency in SQL

  • Solid understanding financial modeling and tooling insights and analytics
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
