[job_card.job_description]Monitor hotel premises, including entrances, exits, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, and property. Conduct regular patrols and respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms. Identify and investigate potential theft, fraud, or loss, collaborating with management and law enforcement when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and security logs. Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including access control and emergency protocols. Assist in crowd control and safety management during events or peak periods. Provide assistance and guidance to guests regarding safety, directions, or hotel policies. Collaborate with hotel management, HR, and other departments to support loss prevention initiatives. Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a calm demeanor in all situations. Conduct safety inspections, monitor CCTV systems, and ensure all safety equipment is operational. Previous experience in security, loss prevention, or law enforcement Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and loss prevention techniques. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, discreet demeanor. Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure. Familiarity with security systems, CCTV, and access control technology. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Security / Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of guests, associates, and hotel property. This role involves monitoring, preventing, and responding to incidents while upholding a professional and discreet presence consistent with a luxury hotel environment.
