Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum and Instruction: Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans, provided by a Lead Teacher, using our Wonder of Learning curriculum to spark curiosity and support holistic growth.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and positive interactions.
• Family Communication: Foster strong partnerships with families through regular updates and collaborative goal-setting to enhance each child's journey.
• Health and Safety: Ensure top-tier supervision during all activities, adhering to licensing standards and promoting wellness for every child.

Qualifications We're Looking for Top Talent:

• Associate's Degree in child development or related field or Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting, with a proven track record of innovative instruction.
• Completion of state-required pre-service training and ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Physical ability to actively engage with children, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
