Modify exercises as needed to accommodate various fitness levels and limitations. Promote group classes within the club to increase participation and member engagement. Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA). CPR / AED Certification (required). Group Fitness Certification or experience leading classes (preferred). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect, inspire, and motivate others. Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented with a team-first mentality. Flexible schedule; evenings and weekends may be required. Competitive hourly pay and / or session rates based on experience and certifications. Opportunities for bonuses and commission. Position Summary :
We are looking for a passionate and driven fitness professional to join our team as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others succeed—both one-on-one and in a group setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Personal Training :
- Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and goal-setting sessions with new and existing members.
- Design and implement customized training programs tailored to individual goals and abilities.
- Provide safe, effective, and engaging one-on-one training sessions.
- Track client progress and adjust programs as needed.
- Follow up with clients regularly to encourage accountability and long-term commitment.
Group Training :
Staffing the Gym Part-time :
You will be the face of the club,helping our members reach their health and fitness goals. Creating a positive first impression for members and guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting daily operations to ensure the gym runs smoothly.
